"After arriving later than expected, I found my bedsheets to be dirty. Since the night clerk was the only staff working at 10 pm, he could not leave the front desk to change my sheets. He was very apologetic and helpful in supplying me with clean bedding. Everything else about my stay there was enjoyable. The location is great. The shower was good, and the free breakfast the following morning was delicious. Again, the clerk was really kind, and I appreciated his attention to making things right."

"It looked like they were getting ready to update microwaves and other equipment. The people at the late night 8pm checkin were very friendly; not so the morning. Our only complaints were the toilet seat was loose and the carpet sticky or had some flooding? and didn’t understand the $50 deposit although we supposedly got it back. Will have to check statement."

"The location is a bit remote, but it's close to the business trip. This price is average for a hotel in this environment in the United States. It can't be said to be very good. The hotel waiters are very friendly, the breakfast is also rich, and they won't force you to pay tips. The only thing is that there is a door between my room and the next door, which is a bit scary. On the third day, the couple in the next room had a fight, so I decisively checked out and changed hotels"

"We booked this room for 4 PEOPLE. All booking sites including staybridges own website state, a queen studio room, can accommodat 4 people . It does not. It barely fits 3. It is set up with 3 knives. 3 forks, 3 towels, 3 bowls, 3 plates, 3 wine glasses, 3 drinking glasses. We had to buy air matress for our daughter to sleep on. Would book again based on cleanliness and amount of things offered. But room accommodation is misleading."
