Moxy Charlotte Downtown

Location was great, room was simple. Relatively clean. The door of the bathroom was broken but still functional. Overall, enjoyed our stay but for the price was a little underwhelming.

I recently stayed at Ambanice Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient and easy to access, making it a good choice for both short and extended stays.The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping everything tidy, and basic amenities were provided as expected. The staff were polite, helpful, and responsive whenever assistance was needed.

The hotel had great decor and a unique, modern vibe. The bar/check-in area was bumping after the Hornets game ended. The room was minimal though with only one chair to sit in and everything costs money from wifi to parking. Budget around $50 plus tips to park at this hotel. For us that felt a bit ridiculous, but we didn’t have a better option at the time.

It isn’t just a hotel stay it’s a whole experience! Check in was at their fabulous 13th floor bar and includes a free drink. Gorgeous views I never wanted to leave. Room was just divine and incredibly cozy

My biggest concern is it wasn't a trashcan on on the first floor nor a bathroom so if you're traveling and you need to come in before you go upstairs to check in there's no bathroom or trashcan. Additionally, there are no carts available. I think it's like three or four carts for the whole building available for you to put your bags on because people leave them in their room and there's just not enough of them and then lastly the one $5150 charge is still pending on my credit card and it will be two weeks and three days.

Everthing was excellent. The bartenders were also great. Only critique is that the fold down desk in the room needs a chair appropriate for the height of the desk.

Every employee I passed smiled at me, held a door, asked how I was, etc. Kiara was so cheerful and happy to get me checked in quickly. The decor was fun. The room was clean. And I got two free drink tokens at check-in! I’d definitely stay there again, and already referred a friend who will be in town soon.
