⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Great Experience  This Quality Inn truly proves that a picture is worth a thousand words—except the real experience is even better than the photos. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how incredibly clean and pristine everything was. Every detail reflected the care and pride the staff takes in maintaining the property. We constantly saw the owners and other staff members cleaning and taking care of the property. There was an older gentleman that came around every morning before 8am with the cart taking care of the rooms.  The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the pillows were soft, fluffy, and perfect for a great night’s sleep, and the air conditioning was unbelievably cold—exactly what I needed after a long day. What made this stay truly unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay enjoyable. Their hospitality exceeded every expectation I had. If you’re looking for a hotel that delivers comfort, cleanliness, and first-class service at an excellent value, I wholeheartedly recommend this Quality Inn. It was far more than I ever expected, and I will absolutely stay here again!

Second or third time staying here. Good value, close to airport. Shuttle collected us in about 20-25 mins and we pre booked for trip back to airport in morning. Room was clean, maybe a slight odour from ac/heater. Beds were very comfortable small doubles. Tuck shop onsite and breakfast offered cereals, yoghurt, waffles, fruit, boiled eggs and more. Good value all round.

Nice stay. Breakfast was okay. The location was convenient to locations we were visiting in Charlotte.

Great customer service and the free airport pickup and drop off service is appealing and appreciated.

Excellent airport free shuttle service to airport and easy booking kiosk in the lobby. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a couple of restaurants nearby and petrol station. Nice TV with good cable channels in the room.

Excellent service!

The bed was really comfortable. The room had a odd smell. At night we saw baby roaches. The shower had stains. The staff was really nice. You could also hear all conversations in other rooms.

I decent “overnight” hotel at a great price. Great shuttle service and next door to Cracker Barel restaurant.

The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was perfectly adequate.
