Staff were very professional and friendly.

My only concern was that there was no continental breakfast. That is always something I look for when I travel. So I'll make sure that wherever I travel it is part of the 'package.' I actually misunderstood that it was part of my reservation, so I was disappointed. You might consider at least giving a $5 coupon for the breakfast.

The Courtyard Marriott in Ballantyne was nice and clean and the staff was extremely warm and inviting. I felt comfortable from the beginning to the end. I will definitely come back in the future.

Staff told me I could come in early I even called to make sure before booking. When I got there he charged my card for early check in without my authorization.

The staff were friendly. Overall, it was a clean facility, however there was hair and a nausea sticker on the furniture.

I'll start by saying that the "included breakfast" wasn't included. It's a sit down restaurant that you pay extra for. I also paid extra for a balcony room thinking I could save the elevator ride and walk outside, but you can't smoke on their balconies. There was a broken light fixture in our room, hanging by wires. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hadn't been replenished, and there were dirty fingerprints all over the door on arrival. Also, no blowdryer. I mention that because I've never been in any hotel room without one. Not even the $100 or less hotels, while this one was almost $300cad. The pool was over chlorinated and dirty on the bottom. There also are no microwaves in the room, you need to go to the little store next to front desk to use a community one. On that note, the prices are insane in that little snack area. The positives: the view from our room was good- but it was a different property. The location was good for us, as we needed a place close to Elevation Church. The bed was comfy enough for sleeping, and the workout room had new equipment. Ultimately, we were unimpressed. We won't book there again, and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Everything was great one hiccup and management jumped right on it. Could really use more staff at the Bistro, but all else was perfect. I’ll stay again and again!!
