Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End

This was literally the trip from he** there was hairs in my shower I can tell this use to be a tan down hotel and they fixed it up good job but the area is drug infested and bums are everywhere also I had two rooms and one was fine the other had a person with dogs and they barked all day and night for the entire stay ohhh I hardly got any rest very irritated and asked for a discount or something off the rooms or something and all they offered was breakfast on them smh I will never ever stay here again I’m very disappointed

I had an allergic reaction

Room was decent, a bit outdated and dirty. However close to alot of things and safe. I was disappointed that parking is $14 per day, room cleaning was not everyday. Breakfast buffet really expensive. Staff was friendly check in and check out really easy.

i got a king size bedroom. i walk inside and get 2 twin size beds. this was after the bruno mars concert so its pretty late i walk down stairs to talk to the front desk lady she said theres nothing they can do ok why would you post a king size bedroom if your gonna give me a twin and i still haven’t received my 50 minus the parking fee like fr

it would have been better if housekeeping the cleaned the room during my stay

Stayed for one night and my room was clean

Great
