I booked this hotel based on the Hilton brand. The black lady at the check-in desk was terrible. There were used cotton swabs and garbage on the floor of the room, and the bath water was very small! Will not consider this hotel again!

The staff was excellent. Southern hospitality at its best! Breakfast buffet was fresh and had numerous options. Breakfast staff also excellent. Very nice people
