This hotel presents a risk of credit card fraud. My credit card, pre-authorized at the counter, was used for two transactions: $1,111.32 CAD and $352.03 CAD. When I discovered this, the hotel explained the first transaction was a duplicate charge and would be refunded, but they were unaware of the second and offered no explanation. After checking out, I complained to the booking platform and the hotel promised a refund. However, another transaction of $55.23 CAD was made, and I complained again. The hotel promised to send an apology letter within 15 minutes. I haven't received it yet! If you don't want your credit card used without reason, choose this hotel with caution.

There was a Chinese person at the front desk, so the communication was very smooth. He introduced the check-in, parking, surrounding attractions and food very clearly. It was great. The check-in experience was very good. I chose a sea view room, but when I opened the window, I saw the roof of the convention center in front. Maybe it would be better to be on a higher floor.

As a Marriot hotel, it's average by this standard. It's actually an attached hotel to a conference center. But it's still clean and close to the beach, so you can walk around.

It was great to be here with the kids! Loved the pool option and all the food spots. Close to everything, it was withing driving distance of most things!
