Our second relaxing stay in this exceptional hotel.
The place is very charming, the staff welcoming and you can access the La Gruyère baths directly through a tunnel which passes under the hotel.

Comfortable room - good food and good buffet breakfast

Incredible staff, from reception to restaurant waiters. This was my birthday and a little gift was waiting for me in my room I definitely recommend this hotel which is the essence of what Swiss hospitality is truly about! Bravo team Hotel Cailler and thank you for everything!

Clean hotel close to the charmey public baths, which are spacious, but average for a spa experience. In the restaurant you may order a la carte, or compose your food on the buffet. Watch out that you do not taste from your partners’ dishes from the buffet, you might get intercepted by the head waiter informing you about an extra charge he must apply. Insulting and unprofessional service. Overall 5 star pricing for 4 star amenities. Govto the swiss german hotel -spas for a better experience.

Even if I’m a regular customer and i came here multiple time, waitress and hôtel manager have been very rude with us. I will not come again to be threaten again like this. I do not recommend this hotel as it does not deserve 4 stars, even more in Switzerland.

Nice Hotel located in Charmey (FR). Good welcome. Large free parking. Access to the "Bains de la Gruyère". The rooms are modern, large TV and nice attention in the room offered, such as biscuits, chocolates or meringues from the area. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice and quality products. Nice place to relax.

Everything was perfect, we especially loved receiving the bath gowns and just walking through the tunnel to the Spa. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and staff were extremely friendly.
