Clean hotel, welcoming and attentive staff. The breakfast is super good. Free parking advantage. We just had to go through the footbridge to access the Futuroscope park. Honestly, we recommend this hotel.

All very well. You can leave your suitcases upon arrival and before leaving the Futuroscope for free. They have a small closed premises. When at the Futuroscope and at the train station you have to pay. Breakfast very good, very complete. It is an open buffet.

1 star hotel which is not worth more. Three night stay no cleaning very noisy cold reception dormitory room ears stained curtains with dried sputum (room 323) placed next to the doors to go upstairs each time the door opens or closes the noise resonates in the room

Perfect. We had booked a room for 3 people and we had a room for 5 people

On positive side the hotel provides privilege access to futuroscope parc and visitors get to go in 30 minutes before visitors who don’t stay at the hotel. Room is clean, breakfast is included and acceptable. On the negative side where do I begin.. the bed was horribly uncomfortable and didn’t get sleep for 2 nights. All the noise from outside(other rooms or corridor or outside) was coming in as if there were no walls.. No restaurant for dinner(not practical for the evening you arrive as you can’t go into the park for dinner unless you buy a complement ticket just for the evening)…

2nd stay in this hotel. The toilets are leaking and flooding the bathroom, like during our first stay! except that we were not in the same building, I don't understand why the cleaning service does not report the information, or else we have to change plumber! Otherwise perfect location to be in the park quickly, varied breakfast and friendly welcome.

for the price we are not asking for a 4 star but a minimum... shower hose without joint so water comes out everywhere.. impossible to have lukewarm water: boiling or cold. Moldy joints and stains on the ceiling. the bathroom door does not slide all the way... very uncomfortable bedding, and additional heating for the night, in short, pure happiness!!!

Horrible !!!! Avoided 🛑🛑🛑🛑 Hair in the bed, dust of a few meters everywhere. Several spiders, including bedbugs and ants. There is no toilet brush. We now have to make our bed alone, it's not cleaned at all, it's dirty!!!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, the value for money was very satisfactory. Excellent welcome from the receptionist who, even when arriving at midnight, was super pleasant and explained everything about our stay to us with a big smile. Correct room, not great luxury but functional with everything needed for a stay at Futuroscope. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff. The best part is access to the park via the footbridge which is really one of the strong points of this hotel.

OK to come for one or two nights. Simple but decent hotel. Very good breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options. Receptionists attentive. For cleaning, you should remember to clean between the mattress and the bed structure.
