The Moana

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the kitchen and washing machine were very convenient. The location was also good. The staff were smiling and kind. I would like to stay here again.

I was initially expecting a full ocean view from the sea-view room, but only a partial view was available, which was a bit of a disappointment. However, the room was spacious and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was provided free of charge; while the selection was basic, the quality was acceptable. The room included a washer and dryer, which is very convenient for families or extended stays. There was also an induction cooker and microwave, which would be a plus for those who enjoy cooking simple meals. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, with 24-hour support, and they could communicate in Japanese and English, which made me feel very safe. The only minor drawback was the limited TV channel selection, with only Netflix available. However, the overall stay was still quite good and I would recommend it 👍

You could just take as many amenities as you needed from the front desk! They will replace water and towels every day if you request them. Staff are available 24 hours a day. The bathroom was a little small and there was no chair, which was a bit of an issue. The area is very humid, so in the summer the dehumidifier quickly fills with water and makes a loud noise when it needs to be replaced. Lol

Free breakfast and parking are provided. The service is excellent, the environment is convenient, quiet yet vibrant, and the staff are very friendly. It's a great place for couples to stay.
