Great location on the water. The room had in unit laundry and a micro kitchen! The best part was the balcony where you could watch the sunset or enjoy a cup of coffee!

Disadvantage - The wallpaper is all peeled off, phew!! There was a lot of dust. Maybe the person cleaning it doesn't have any tact. If you want to clean areas where dust is easily visible, you should clean them last and check them last.
I was disappointed to see dust as soon as I entered. There's a scent that might be cigarette smoke from the entrance and elevator...if you just use some air freshener...the convenience store is at least a 15-minute walk away.
Pros - It's great because you can use the washing machine and cook.
And I think it's the best with an ocean view. Arahi Beach is right in front of me, so I was able to watch the sunset from the terrace... It was so nice to be able to walk around the beach.
