We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and NEVER our room was cleaned, the towels changed!!! This is SCANDALOUS and UNACCEPTABLE considering the price paid!!! If this is the policy of the KYRIAD chain, it's not the hotel business, it's theft!!!

Hygiène correct. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Présence d'une bouilloire dans la chambre mais sans gobelet, sans thé ou café instantané. Y a t il une utilité? Pas de miroir dans la chambre, seulement dans la salle de bain, mais pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain (pour votre rasoir ou sèche-cheveux). Le séchoir à cheveux est un décapeur thermique ! rien de tel pour se griller les cheveux. Mesdames, changez de salon si vous désirez vous faire une mise en beauté!

Fuyez cet hôtel qui est insalubre ! Douche et WC moisie qui ne donne absolument pas envie de se laver. Moquette sale. Tv ne fonctionne pas. Literie catastrophique. Parking non surveillé. Petit déjeuner très limiter et trop chère pour les services proposer. Séjour annulé au bout d’une nuit.
