Hôtel très propre, accueil très bien, établissement spacieux et agréable, le seul bémol c'est que l'espace bien-être soit payant et pas compris dans le tarif de la chambre.
D'autres hôtels ne pratique pas cette démarche, dommage

Hôtel neuf et donc plutôt agréable au niveau des locaux. Toutefois, un peu " léger " sur l'accueil..... Tout cela donne un ensemble avec une sensation de "froid". L'emplacement, encastré en pleine zone commerciale et au bord d'une route à 2 x 2 voies, ne rajoute pas de charme à l'endroit ! Correct pour un séjour d'une nuit lors d'un voyage si ce n'est le prix qui est plutôt rébarbatif

Belle surprise sur le confort de la chambre. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de se cuir des oeufs à la coque. Les oeufs sont déja cuits et froids. De plus, on ne voit pas leur origine. On en deduit qu'il s'agit d'œufs elevés en batterie...

Expérience formidable en tout point il n’y a absolument rien à redire. Les chambres sont belles modernes et fonctionnelles et incroyablement propres. la literie est TRÈS confortable. Gros + : accès à votre compte Netflix et YouTube depuis la TV. Mais aussi superbe expérience humaine, le personnel est adorable, mention spéciale pour GEORGE avec qui j’ai eu l’occasion d’échanger le plus. J’ai également eu la chance de rencontrer le directeur de l’établissement qui est très sympathique, autant avec les clients qu’avec le personnel. De nos jours il est rare de voir un établissement où l’on sent que la satisfaction du client est tellement au cœur des préoccupations rien n’est laissé au hasard. Si vous cherchez un hôtel ou vous aurez l’impression d’être à la maison, alors allez à l’hôtel Akena les yeux fermés. Certains établissements aux nombreuses étoiles devraient revoir leur copie et leur sens de l’accueil. Milles mercis !
