"My friend and I stayed at this hotel from March 26-30. The location is superb, close to all the main attractions. However, taxis can't drop you right at the hotel because it's located in the Old City. But it's only a 3-4 minute walk to the metro or a taxi stand. The breakfasts are delicious; you definitely won't go hungry.
Regarding the room: the room was small, especially the bathroom (there was no space to even put our belongings). Hot water was always available, no complaints there. Our room wasn't cleaned once during our entire stay, towels weren't changed, and water wasn't replenished. We had to refill a jug with water ourselves on the first floor. One time, we caught a cleaner on our floor and asked for tea, toilet paper, and for the trash to be emptied. We were unlucky to have three days of rain, and our clothes got soaked. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to dry them; everything dried very slowly in the room, and there were no radiators.
The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, it's a good hotel for the price."
