"First I would like to say that I have stayed in this hotel 4 times previously and we love being there. This holiday was not the same. Upon arrival I was shown to my room that I paid extra for as it was a ground floor pool view. The room smelt of paint as it was just decorated recently. I explained I could not sleep in there with a baby with such a strong smell of paint. I was then given the option to be down graded to another room and after complaining to 3 managers I was upgraded to another room. Also we were not informed the hotel was under construction and was very noisy. The pool is right by the workers so you can hear drilling through out the day. I feel mislead as I was not informed of the work. I am disappointed in this trip and I won’t be staying there again due to the lack of professionalism by the management,"

"The biggest advantage is that check-in and breakfast can be arranged in advance. We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 AM, and the Mustafa receptionist let us rest in the lobby for a while, informing us when breakfast started. After breakfast, they quickly arranged our room. The snorkeling area is right outside the room; the sea is crystal clear, and the fish and corals are plentiful, although there weren't any large ones. The hotel offers mask and fin rentals. The food was acceptable to me; a very substantial Mediterranean meal."

"Staying here felt like a time travel—and not in a good way. The bedding belongs in a museum, the Wi-Fi is slower than dial-up, and the breakfast was a frozen vegetable medley. To top it off, it’s so far from the center you’ll need a map and a prayer to find anything interesting."

"We spent 5 days in a Junior Suite, the room is very nice recommended. Location is also perfect, you can find everything in the surrounding in a couple of minutes. Beach is sandy and a lot of fishes close to the shore. For us the room, beach and fishes the most important. Food was okay, nothing special, the same breakfast as in every hotel. The service was okay, but many times we couldn't order from the room service, because they were not available. If you want lot of nice fishes close to the beach and perfect location then it is recommended. Overall our stay was very nice."

"had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. Everything exceeded my expectations! The beach restaurant was fantastic, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. My room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the service — they kindly upgraded my room to a suite, which made my stay even more special. On top of that, they gave me a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to the guest relations lady who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. She truly made my experience better. Also, the team at Cala restaurant was outstanding. The manager, the service staff, and especially the service women were all extremely kind, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality was perfect and made every meal enjoyable. Highly recommended! I would definitely come back again."

"A quiet, comfortable, and home-like hotel....🌺 For me, this is crucial 🙏 because I always stay in Sharm El Sheikh for at least three weeks.... The hotel itself is located in the heart of Naama Bay, but slightly set back from all the noise, hustle, crowds of tourists, unpleasant smells, pushy vendors, endless discos, loud music, and the general commotion of Naama's center, as well as its unsightly back alleys... yet, you can still walk to any disco in Naama in just a few minutes... 🤗 The beach is a brisk 7-minute walk away, with two free beach options in Naama Bay – VIVA and Kalimera.... You just need to pick up a voucher daily at the reception 🙃. The entry into the sea is sandy... and you can always take several strolls along the entire Naama coastline.... walk along the shore, passing all the hotels in the bay....🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️ I opted for 'breakfast & dinner'.... don't expect luxuries like lobsters... 🤣 But the food is quite varied and very deliciously prepared... with soul 👍 Special respect to the Chefs 🙏🙏🙏. And of course, I must mention... that for breakfast, there's a coffee machine with delicious coffee options ☕☕☕ This is very important to me... as not all 3* hotels can boast this.... usually, it's instant coffee and that's it....🫠 The team of boys who clean the rooms... well done! They are always genuinely friendly and attentive, always trying to please and subtly offer to clean the room even if the 'do not disturb' sign is on the door 🫶. They bring a bottle of water to the room daily..., and there's also a kettle, coffee, tea, and tea accessories in the room 👍. Daily replenishment of all essentials like shampoo, toilet paper, etc.....💯 The TV in the room is a plasma, there are a couple of Russian channels, the mattress is super high, comfortable, and cozy 👍 there are 100% blackout curtains... this is also very important... for a comfortable night's rest... And yesss.... no mosquitoes in the room!!!! But I only opened the window in the bathroom where there's a mosquito net 🙃. The air conditioner and refrigerator are in excellent condition and don't rattle like tractors, and there's always hot and cold water available 🤩.... (I've had bitter experiences in other hotels...🫠). By the way... there's a safe in the room, but I never use it.... this is my fifth time at this hotel, and I've never noticed any theft.... 👍 Don't be stingy and leave a tip for the boy who cleans your room, and you'll be happy 🤗. The hotel grounds are small, but everything is always clean and well-maintained 🌺🌺🌺 The stone path winding through the flowers and palm trees alone is worth mentioning.... it's magnificent 🫶🤗🙃. Special thanks to the administrator named Saied for his care and attention, not only to me but to all guests of the ”Naama Blue Hotel” 👍🙏🙏. P.S. I've written a lot, of course... but I'll say one thing... for this price in Naama... this is definitely the best option 🙏🫶🙃👍🤗. Once again, a huge thank you to all the staff and everyone working at the ”Naama Blue Hotel” 🙏🌺🙃🫶🤗👍"

"The room has a very charming, antique design. The staff are enthusiastic, the food is delicious, and the hotel's beach and architecture create a beautiful and relaxing environment. The only minor drawback was that the water flow from the faucet in the room was intermittent, but everything else was great."

"The hotel is a bit dated but clean. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception. It's conveniently located, with the old town within walking distance and a good beach associated with the hotel. The food is standard, enough to get by."

"First of all, a huge thank you to everyone working at the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; it was lovely, and the staff were incredibly kind. The hotel is directly on the beach, and there's a beautiful spot for snorkeling among a variety of coral reefs and colorful fish. The food is diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes. The furniture and bathrooms might be a bit dated, and it's not a luxury hotel, but you'll be happy with a reasonable, affordable budget, especially with food and drinks available all day. The animation team is nice, and the evening music is enjoyable. The swimming pool is large and clean. Its location is close to the Old Market, and there are shops nearby. "Beautiful, clean room with a balcony. Wi-Fi was available in the room, which is great because sometimes at other hotels, it's only in the lobby. Shampoo, soap, shower gel, bottled water – everything was provided in the room. The grounds were small but well-maintained, and the heated pools were a nice touch. There were a lot of elderly Europeans at this particular hotel; in the evenings, they would gather in the foyer to play board games or simply relax. It was a bit boring for the kids, but we enjoyed the evening shows and mini-disco. The food was delicious and varied, with Turkish sweets, fish, yogurts, fruits, and vegetables. The cocktails were also beautifully made. In the evenings, animators and waiters dressed in Egyptian costumes greeted guests at the entrance. A shuttle service was available to the beach. It's also close to Farsha Cafe and the Old Market. The only confusing part was at check-out when they demanded an extra $66 per day for our 12-year-old child, even though our entire room for two adults and one 12-year-old cost 8000 rubles (around $80 at the time). We had to argue about it. It was a strange situation; then they asked for $40, then $30. We refused to pay anything and reported it to support, explaining that they were demanding extra money from us. They claimed a child of that age should be counted as an adult, but we hadn't encountered this at other hotels in Sharm during the same period. In the end, they let us go without paying."
