"The hotel was close to the airport and very accessible. The breakfast buffet was elaborate and excellent. There was no bottled water in the room, but it was clean. However, I waited about an hour for room service dinner."

"For a layover, Makassar doesn't offer many hotel options, but this one is much better than the airport hotel. It's actually only a few kilometers away, about a ten to fifteen-minute drive. Taxis are a bit expensive to get there, and the hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle service. Remember to use Grab when heading to the airport from the hotel; it's much cheaper.
The hotel itself is decent. The wooden floors and furniture show the wear and tear of time and humidity, so the cleanliness is just average.
Breakfast was okay; there was food available."

"I stayed here for a long layover. They offer a free airport shuttle service, but you need to confirm it one day in advance and there's a set pick-up schedule. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the service is friendly.
The only minor issue was that the shower leaked a bit. Hopefully, they can improve that in the future.
Thank you."
