"It’s a very new hotel, only opened for 2 months. Room are big and clean, beds are comfortable. Location is good. But you cannot find it on Google map or Yandex map. Luckily they provide free airport pick up. Service is good. However it’s a Chinese hotel, 90% of the guests are Chinese bizman. So the atmosphere is not really suitable for tourist. Only 2 tables in the garden, often are occupied. They offer full Chinese bft which is fine for me, but nowhere to sit to eat. The staff are very kind and helpful but limited information about travelling request. Price performance is good, but only suits Chinese."

"Very comfortable bed!! The bed itself is 5star hotel bed. Its height is quite high. So when I lie down on the bed, I jumped on it. Hahaha There is bath clothes, too . Very nice facilities. There are many buses around this area, you can use bus here easily. Specially the breakfast is truly brilliant 👏🏻 There are so many types of food on the breakfast. The girl who works during breakfast is very friendly and kind. Thank you! This hotel has good facility + amazing breakfast !"

"Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. The room was much larger than expected and had excellent natural light. Meals are provided for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a late-night snack. Parking right outside the entrance is very convenient. A self-service laundry room is also available, which is very handy. Cleanliness: Very clean. The room had no strange odors, and the ventilation was excellent. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the bathtub was also very clean. The disposable amenities provided were of decent quality, and the bedding was very comfortable, virtually dust-free. Environment: The surrounding environment is also great and refreshing. Opening the window, you can see trees with no obstructions. The hotel lobby and restaurant are both spacious, so it never feels crowded. The room was much larger than expected; I feel like even three people wouldn't feel cramped. Service: The service is excellent. The front desk staff are professional and offer both Chinese and English services, so there's no need to worry about communication. Everyone is always smiling, which feels very thoughtful. The price offers great value for money. Highly recommended!"

"I always stay here when I'm in Kyrgyzstan for business. It's a Chinese-owned hotel, so I feel a sense of belonging. However, the hotel breakfast is really not Chinese-style at all; I hope it can be made more Chinese-inspired."

Not exactly in the prime sight-seeing area but that is offset by their relatively affordable local ride hailing service and the walkable distance to multiple dining options and convenience stores."

"I really appreciated the communication with the hotel and their attentiveness to my requests. My expectations were met, and everything was exactly as described. However, about a day before check-in, I inexplicably received an email from the reservations department stating that I would need to pay $107 by card upon arrival. I asked them to re-verify my confirmed payment, sending them our previous correspondence. I requested a reply as my check-in was scheduled for midnight the next day, but I never received one. I'm not lowering my rating because everything else was excellent, perfectly matching the hotel's description and my expectations. Thank you!"

"About 6-8 minutes walk from Chuy Ave (the main street here). Friendly English-speaking staff at reception. Good breakfast. It officially opens at 8am, bbut if you need to leave early, you can go in and eat at 7:30.am. I did that. Laundry is a little costly - typical hotel tarriffs (like 150som for a shirt, 100 som for T-shirt, 50som for underwear etc)."

"The Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again."
