"Honestly, this is a great deal hotel near shopping mall and Kidzania Kuala Lumpur! The hotel was once upon a time a 5-star grand hotel. Unfortunately, time has gone by and it merely is a 3-star for my experience. We had a two bedroom suites, bathroom has gone through wear and tear, flooded scent in room, wood base board and crowning that are warping. Blackout curtains did not exist in one room and the other is somewhat tearing itself away. Infinity pool, ice rink, small gym and great staff are the highlights."

"The hotel has a great vibe, and the lobby is beautiful and smells lovely. However, there's some noise in the room due to ongoing renovations, plus the neighbors were a bit loud. But I was so tired I still managed to sleep. Overall, the price is really good value for money. As for the location, it's a bit tricky to find; you really need to pay attention to the signs. You have to spot Empire City, then turn into Paxtonz. The underground parking is very affordable, only a maximum of RM6 per day."

"this is perhaps my fourth stay in Armada, although i had not been back for a few years and the online mixed reviews caused me to hesitate. but my friends and i felt that the price point and location presented great value and decided to try. turned out well! location still quiet yet accessible by car. connected to Decathlon for easy shopping. we managed to get hotel staff to quickly change one of the rooms when someone was sneaking smokes on that level. the gym was a temporary setup (due to reno?). it was serviceable but need AC or better ventilation."

"1.I was disgusted by the bed twin beds bed sheets and bed protectors that were heavily stained with dirty water stains, fungus & mold upon checking into the room i called the housekeeping staff immediatelyto change all of them. 2. The mini fridge was not cold at all and I told the staff to change to another that is functioning when the staff came in to my room after someone else complaint about the cabinet door that does not close tightly. 3. The room furnishings was badly design as the round table does not serve much purposes as it should have a dressing mirror with table for the ladies to use the power plug outlet for their hair and makeup. The bathroom hairdryer does not have a 3 pin outlet. 4.Location was the only good thing I like about this hotel.Walk across a covered linked bridge to the MRT/LRT stations and 1 Utama Shopping Mall , Food court 5. Door man outside with Msian costume Mizuna was very very helpfu and polite when my called Grab could not find my location. He helped me checked for his arrival outside the drive way. We'll deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐⭐️️Door man is very helpful in giving directions⭐ 6. I had a 60 minutes foot reflexology massage at the spa, not well organized, massage techniques were so so.Foot soak was just water No essentialoils scent smell at all No hot towel for foot. Not worth the price of RM 168++."

"I've stayed here three times and have been very satisfied. Even though it's an older hotel, the service is excellent. From the lobby and breakfast (though I don't eat much there) to the security guards and housekeeping, everyone is incredibly kind. The value for money is also great. It's located in a local area with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options. When I checked out, a lady at the front desk noticed my eye was bleeding and kindly shared her own experiences. "I recently stayed at ibis PJCC Petaling Jaya for 4 days and 3 nights, overall it was a very comfortable and convenient experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Petaling Jaya, which I really appreciated after long days out. It’s not too far from the main city areas, and getting around with Grab was easy and affordable. The surrounding area is quite peaceful, making it a good place to relax. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and I liked how everything was simple yet functional. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which is very important in Malaysia weather!). Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole stay hassle-free. Facilities-wise, it’s more of a business-style hotel, so don’t expect luxury amenities, but everything essential is there. The WiFi was stable, and the overall environment felt safe and well-managed. If I had to point out something, it would be that the location might feel slightly out of the way if you don’t have your own transport, but for me it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I would recommend ibis PJCC Petaling Jaya for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay in Petaling Jaya. "The room itself was spacious, clean, and having a kitchenette was very convenient, especially for a longer stay. In terms of space and facilities, the accommodation met my expectations. The location may look convenient on the map, but in reality, it isn’t. There are no nearby train or metro stations within easy walking distance, so you’ll most likely need to use Grab every time you want to leave or return to the property. This is something to keep in mind when planning your stay. Unfortunately, the service was the complete opposite. Communication was by far the biggest issue. The property rarely responded through the Trip.com chat, and the WhatsApp support they asked guests to use was even worse. Most requests took hours to receive a reply, and some were simply ignored. During my stay, I reported issues with the air conditioner and later with the water heater. Instead of receiving timely assistance, I often had to follow up multiple times. On one occasion, when I politely asked how long the repair would take, I received the response, “be patient ya, now is heavy check out.” I found this rude and unprofessional. I was simply asking for an estimated waiting time and was always polite in my messages, always saying “please.” Eventually, I stopped relying on their messaging service altogether because it was ineffective. Every time I needed assistance, I had to leave my room and look for housekeeping staff or other employees in the building to get help directly. The room itself has potential, but poor communication, unprofessional customer service, and the inconvenient location significantly affected my overall experience. I would not stay here again unless these issues are addressed."

"Check in on weekday and the process took about 5 mins, staff was friendly, best thing is no queue. Guess if you check in on weekends/PH, it’s normal to expect some queues & also lift waiting time during peak hours. The studio room is spacious, clean and well equipped with a kitchenette. Hextar mall is just across the street, very close and accessible. There’s a BilaBila Mart next to lobby for convenience. Parking is rm6 max per day, which is quite fair. Will stay again."

"The room is very and spacious. Have all the facilities like microwave and refrigerator. Best enough to unboxing my food at the hotel and heat it up. Only the floor when i go in a bit wet. I think they just clean it. Overall not bad for a very cheap price per night . This is outside my window view"
