I liked the hotel so much that I came back twice during my trip. Parking is available. As a solo traveler, feeling safe is important to me, and the hotel perfectly met this need. "This hotel is severely underrated! The price is very reasonable, it's clean, beautiful, quiet, with stable hot water, and friendly staff! There was a slight smell of latex paint in the room, but it was fine once we opened the window and turned on the AC. The swimming pool is amazing! The small balcony is great for simple laundry and drying, perfect for guests who enjoy peace and quiet. Just a few dozen meters to the left after exiting the hotel, there's a small town with a 7-Eleven, BBQ, snacks, and Thai massage if you turn left down the street... very convenient. It's about 7 kilometers from the city center, ideal for those who rent a car and drive themselves!"

"I really like this hotel chain. I've stayed in their hotels in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, but the one in Chiang Rai was my favorite. The beds are always so comfortable! I love that there's unlimited hot and cold drinking water available, and no plastic bottles, which is great. As a complimentary touch, they provide interesting green tea bags (matcha) in the rooms daily. I had a lovely view from my room, with mountains visible, and in the early morning, you could watch the clouds form. There's a pool to cool off from the heat and a gym. The breakfasts were very pleasant, even better than the ones in Bangkok. A good hotel!"

"The hotel grounds are quite large, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfasts are delicious. The only downside was that the mattresses were very firm, which made sleeping difficult. Also, the air conditioners were installed directly above the beds, which was inconvenient."

The breakfast is quite basic with limited choices, but it's fine for a quick bite. Part of the hotel is currently under renovation, but the rooms have been refurbished."
