"The hotel was at the quieter end of Canal Street but the trolleys were within walking distance and were easy to use. The service at the front desk was great, especially  Jake, who was very helpful. We needed the globes replaced in the bedside light and someone was at our room within minutes to take care of it. Breakfast was the only meal supplied at the venue and had hot and cold choices to suit all.we were out most days for lunch and there were plenty of eateries just up the street for an evening meal. "

"The Hotel is beautiful the restraints were a complex JOKE, the food was horrible, extremely overcharged for terrible tasting food. We couldn’t be more disappointed in a Hight Class Hotel having such low class restraints affiliated on there premises. We will never book a reservation with you again. Shame on you!!! BOOO,"

"Got a room at first where the AC was super loud and there wasn’t even a closet or a place to hang clothes. I told the front desk but they said the hotel was full and couldn’t do anything !!! So I contacted IHG directly and I got a new one was much better — quiet AC and a proper closet. FYI: floors 9–10 seem to have some kind of machine room inf front the room X01 . The noise could be heard all the floor to room 906. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to avoid this hotel."

"After I checked out, the hotel charged my credit card US $83.05, but didn't provide me with a bill or invoice. (If it was a one-day parking fee, it should have been around $40). I called the hotel to inquire, but only got a recording and no response. At 3 PM during peak check-in time, dozens of guests were queuing up, but there were only two front desk staff. One of them was exclusively serving members, leaving other guests staring helplessly. For a 4-star hotel with over 1000 rooms, this is quite unacceptable."

"Great value for money, much better than staying on Bourbon Street. The rooms are spacious, and it's right across the street from the casino. There are three hotels connected to the casino, and this one requires crossing the road; there's another, better option located upstairs. The breakfast restaurant was good, but unfortunately, all three of us experienced some stomach issues afterward."
