"There were three of us, so we requested an extra bed, but the room was spacious enough and we were able to relax comfortably. The hotel car took us to a Vietnamese restaurant about 300m down the road, where we enjoyed dinner overlooking Halong Bay. The breakfast buffet had an overwhelming selection of delicious dishes. It was great to have a bathtub in the bathroom."

"A very classy hotel with amazing views of Ha Long Bay on the upper levels. We were stunned when first opening our rooms curtains to see the Bay and its beauty right in front of us. The curved viewing windows in the room are amazing, allowing us the view 180⁰. What an amazing view to wake up to each morning...we'll never forget. The staff very professional, all spoke fluent english, and treated us like royalty. Thank you to all. Breakfasts were superb with a buffet offering many cuisine choices and the restaurant also offering a wide choice of dishes of amazing freshness and flavour. I highly recommend the Paddington for anyone looking for the best value for money when visiting Ha Long."
