Awful, no air conditioning, filth everywhere, people live there year-round, and it's very noisy.

Additional fees to pay, although it should be stated that everything is included.

The environment is good and very quiet at night. There is no service. Although it is an apartment, they don't even change the bath towels if the tenant doesn't change. In other apartment hotels I've stayed in before, you can return the old items and get the new ones by yourself.

Dilapidated room, the card system for parking and the room works every other time. The housekeeping staff kicked us out at 10:40 a.m. even though check out is 11 a.m. The common areas are not very clean and the first floor stinks of cigarettes. The stairs stink of urine, lack paint on the floor and wall and are really not clean at all. The staff does not have a coherent discourse regarding the return of the deposit. Breakfast quite expensive for the content, no cold meats, fruit, cheese. Available croissant, paint, cereals, compote yogurt. A minute's stop is missing to get the card for the room and parking.

Prima schoon, in elk geval de bedden. Kamer wel ruim, badkamer verouderd en vieze voegen. Beetje gehorig maar niet heel storend. Qua voorzieningen zeer basic. Paar borden, glazen en bestek en nieuwe spons met afwasmiddeltje. De waterkoker en föhn ontbrak. Parkeren kan voor 5 euro per dag. Het is te ver om naar station te lopen, met auto is 5 minuten rijden maar let op je betaald daar weer parkeerkosten om naar Parijs te gaan. Trein gaat naar Gare d’Est, van daar moet je overstappen als je bijvoorbeeld naar de Eiffeltoren of andere bezienswaardigheden wilt gaan. De reis duurde bijna 1,5 uur, dat viel ons tegen, iets om rekening mee te houden als je Parijs in wilt.

Le séjour c’est tres bien passé. Le check in et le check out avec la personne à la reception se sont très bien passés.
