It was ok .I noticed room had some loose items. Pool out of service. Back door by the pool did not open with key card. The cookie shuttle buses park in the front parking lot near entrance. They should park on the side parking lot instead of the front. The front should be for guests. The cookies were very delicious. Staff gave us a blanket tied up with a ribbon. Very thoughtful and detailed. Thank you

Chelsea is not the safest part of Boston, so the hotel is not ideally located. The rooms are also old and not always clean. The amenities (pool and gym) are decent, but nothing to be excited about. Overall, I would only recommend staying here for 1 night if you need to head to the airport, as it is near Logan and offers a free shuttle.

Maintaining the service level of Double Tree Hotel, clean & comfortable but too noisy due to near to the railway.

The room was decent, and the front desk service was good. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport and the car rental location, but you need to call to contact. Very convenient But the room soundproofing is extremely poor! I couldn't fall asleep in the middle of the night because of the noisy children; I was sleeping in the morning, and was woken up by laughter at 7 o'clock!

The transportation is convenient, but please note that the shuttle bus to the airport is not available 24 hours a day.

It's OK. Boston is a small city. No matter where you live, it's close to the airport.

The booking showed that there was a sofa bed, but it was actually a rough armchair. Originally, we wanted to include the sofa bed when we were traveling as a family, which was very inconvenient. The booking information showed that the parking fee was $20 per night, but it was actually $25 per night. The room smelled very bad and was very humid. The room was not cleaned the next day, and the garbage was not collected. The only good thing was that the breakfast area in the morning was relatively clean and the selection was okay. The coffee and hot water in the lobby were removed during the day, while other hotels basically leave them for guests to use all day.
