BEWARE!!! We booked for 6 nights and did not stay for even one after checking in. There was an overpowering smell of pets and the owners response was "We are pets free place and you didn’t come yesterday, so all the doors and windows was closed." So, in order to reduce the smell, it seems the owner expected us to leave windows and doors open. Really ????? Also, the listing is incomplete. It is not until you get access information the day before checking in that the unit is in fact behind a shop in a small strip mall with access to parking through a rear alley which made parking very difficult. Because of the smell, we left within an hour of getting access. When we asked for a refund, we were told to simply work with VRBO. We have not received a response from VRBO either!!! So, if you can't deal with pet smells and a terrible location, find another location to enjoy Melbourne.
