I went to Chengde for the exam, and I ordered it as close as possible. The service is very good, and the smile of the beautiful lady is very warm. I alone gave me a big bed and a small bed. The room is quiet and clean. Plenty of hot water! There was no discomfort in the room. If you have the chance to go again, I would choose this place

空調開着開着有聲音，隔音一般，挨着大街過得都是大車，訂的大床房，提前去的説目前沒有，讓住標間，第二天換房，服務員説的含糊不清意思明天可能有可能沒有

酒店前台小美女的服務態度很棒，進入酒店也是有聊天。這裏設施很全，佈置很好，跟圖片上是一樣的。價格也比較實惠，玩的也比較開心。下次還會來這裏噠！晚上去看了鼎盛演出，簡直太震撼了，來承德不能錯過的一次打卡勝地，太哇塞啦😄

設施：衞生間馬桶返味，房間內基本設施不齊全，連蚊香片也是後來前台要的，更別提吹風機什麼的。性價比極低，不推薦入住。
環境：特別吵，整晚都有大車經過，不隔音，樓內還有持續不斷的水聲。
服務：比較敷衍，入住時説晚上10:00之後就比較安靜了，結果環境特別嘈雜，聯繫前台，又改口説，標間都是臨窗的，沒有辦法。店家應如實告知顧客，這屬於欺騙入住行為。

要兩包洗髮水還不給還説是什麼標配然後那個床單裏面有油漬床單下面的那個床墊上一個人留下的姨媽血沒有洗乾淨然後也不扔還留在那呢那麼大一塊服務員還給我説沒什麼事兒再也不住這家酒店的環境也太差了主要是衞生太差了那個漱口的那個杯子全都是水和灰塵
