Rooms were clean and spacious. Booked two rooms and got connecting rooms. (thanks!) Breakfast selections were good with some daily variation. Location was good. Near Chunxi Road. Ample food options close by. Housekeeping: immaculate. Cons: wifi signal was very poor. IHG rewards denied as room was booked theough Trip.com

The room was clean and odor-free, and the children's amenities were comprehensive (the kids' shampoo and body wash were a great touch!). The disposable slippers were high-quality and the panda design was unique. There's a bathtub, which my baby loved for a soak. **Transportation:** Getting around means either taking a taxi, or there are shared e-scooters and a bus stop about 300-400 meters away. The nearest subway station is about 3-4 kilometers from the hotel, so a taxi is still needed. **Hotel Activities:** The May Day activities were fantastic! My daughter absolutely loved the go-karts (one free 6-lap ride was included, and the track was spacious with pleasant scenery; even at 78 RMB per ride, it was a good value). We also got one free Switch game session and there's a ball pit. **Hotel Dining:** The buffet is 188 RMB, and kids under 1.2 meters eat free (I was tempted, but we ended up trying some local Sichuan specialties). About 300-400 meters from the hotel, there's a Zoucungu Skewer Hotpot restaurant which is affordable, delicious, and authentic. For delivery, Aidalere's toast is very soft, and their panda toast is tasty – great for taking to the Panda Base for an energy boost. On the second day, before heading to the Panda Breeding Base, we got face paint done at the hotel. All the other kids playing around were so envious (some parents even came to ask where we got it! 😁). Finally, when checking out, they even gave us panda stickers, the perfect companion to keep the baby quiet!

This will be my go-to hotel for hosting friends and family in Chengdu. It's so close to home, which is incredibly convenient! The breakfast is plentiful and the food quality is high. The room is spacious, very comfortable and roomy. The location is on a main road and close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. There are tons of dining options nearby. The service is also impeccable; before I even checked in, Ruby arranged for a late checkout and an upgrade, making for a seamless check-in experience.

The overall feeling is OK, the price/performance ratio is very high. Xiao He from the customer relations department provides good service. The room size is also ok, it is very convenient to stay with children. The Chinese restaurant is also good. It is really a hotel with high price/performance ratio.

The Crowne Plaza Chengdu Wenjiang Hot Spring is such a great deal! The location is convenient, whether you're taking the subway or driving. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in incredibly smooth. The natural hot springs are definitely the highlight, with over 40 unique pools to choose from. After a soak, you feel completely refreshed. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. You can even enjoy river views in the morning. The buffet breakfast offers a full range of Western and Chinese options, and the freshly prepared noodles are especially delicious. The staff were attentive throughout our stay. This hotel is perfect for both couples on a getaway and families traveling together. Highly recommended!
