Days Inn by Wyndham properties in Chengdu

The environment is great, and the location is excellent, very close to Yulin Road. The hygiene is top-notch, no smoke smell at all, which is a huge plus! The decor is unique, creating a cozy atmosphere with all solid wood furniture. Breakfast is delicious with a rich variety of options. A big shout-out to the front desk staff, their service is professional and enthusiastic.

Before our trip, I sifted through countless hotels because this time, our whole family, including seniors and a child, had various needs to consider. After much deliberation, we decided to stay at this newly renovated Days Inn. The lobby is bright and fresh, and the hotel's signature aroma was quite pleasant. Since we needed to book three rooms for multiple days, the hotel thoughtfully arranged for them to be on the same floor, which was very considerate. Check-in was smooth. The hotel rooms were very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. They even provided both soft and firm pillows. The TV was large, and screen mirroring worked flawlessly. Although it's newly renovated, there wasn't any new-renovation smell, which was great! So far, everything has been perfect and delightful! A small incident! On our first night, Chengdu was hit by a sudden downpour, causing a slight leak in one of the rooms. After notifying the hotel, they immediately arranged a room change and even upgraded our room as compensation. The entire handover and resolution process was handled with great professionalism and dedication. This truly tests a hotel staff's problem-solving skills! And during our extended stay, any issues were resolved very efficiently. A genuine compliment to the excellent manager who handled the problems! Ps: 1. Breakfast was decent; the noodle soup was surprisingly delicious! 2. The housekeepers were meticulous in their daily cleaning. 3. The mini-fridge in the room wasn't cooling very well; I hope the hotel can address this. Overall, this was a rare and successful family trip, and choosing this hotel was a great decision! The manager, who I believe is named Wang, was a gentle lady wearing glasses with strong work abilities and adaptability. Thumbs up! We will definitely revisit this place next time we're in Chengdu!

Staying at this hotel during my road trip was a 10/10 experience! The room was incredibly clean and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, so I had a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, consistent hot water, and a full set of toiletries. The front desk staff were friendly and checked me in quickly and efficiently. The overall environment is very tidy, the location is convenient, and the price is super affordable, offering great value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or business. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommend!
