Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties in Chengdu

Choosing this hotel for my trip was definitely the right decision! The location was the biggest surprise – it's super convenient for getting around, whether you're heading to tourist spots or shopping districts. Mia provided excellent service, and the room had fantastic natural light. I truly recommend it! Plus, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab snacks or a late-night meal after a long day of exploring. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area!

This hotel is located in the city center, close to the Global Center, making transportation very convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to D5 Mall, which has everything you need for shopping and dining. There are also bus stops and subway stations nearby, and getting a taxi is easy. Parking is convenient with both indoor and outdoor options. As for service, our butler Lucy was incredibly caring and truly put the customer first. [Strong recommendation]

This has been my go-to hotel in Chengdu for the past few years! It was filled with a festive New Year's atmosphere, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and upgraded our room. The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast starts early (which is a huge plus for early-bird tourists like us), and there's a wide variety of food, especially their pastries and bread – highly recommended! The executive lounge refilled dishes quickly, so the buffet never looked empty, and tables were cleared promptly. Towards the end of the meal service, the staff even kindly reminded each table. The hotel's location is also excellent (close to the East Station and the Panda Base), the surroundings are quiet, and transportation is convenient. Gao was prompt and friendly with his follow-up. I've already recommended it to friends visiting Chengdu!

Checking in on the National Day, the hotel is in a good location, surrounded by supermarkets, fruit shops, specialty restaurants, very convenient to stay, very close to the Sands Site Museum, the hotel is equipped with ground parking and underground parking, there are dozens of parking spaces on the ground parking lot, I parked the car on the ground location, Very spacious and parking is very convenient. The front desk was enthusiastic and upgraded our room type. The room decoration is high-end, clean and tidy, the bathroom and shower room are separated from wet and dry, the supporting facilities are complete, the cleaning staff is patient and meticulous, and the cleaning is thorough. The breakfast is rich in variety, in addition to traditional meals, there are special rice noodles and stewed chicken. The overall feeling is that the hotel level is quite high, clean, hygienic and standardized.

The room was very good, and the surrounding business district was very convenient. There were many places to eat downstairs, which was very comfortable. Ashley at the front desk was very enthusiastic and kind. Because we finished the meeting late, she helped to ensure that we could check out later until 15:00. The hygiene was really good, and the breakfast and room service were of high quality.
