This hotel in Chengdu is absolutely divine, a dream come true for anyone who appreciates attention to detail! I chose this hotel for my trip to Chengdu, and it immediately delivered an immersive, comfortable experience. First off, the location is unbeatable – just a few steps from the metro station. Getting to attractions like Jinli and Kuanzhai Alley was a breeze, direct metro access meant no hassle with luggage, saving so much energy. The hotel's design really impressed me! The lobby's artistic decor paired with a green wall exudes elegance, and the 'Free to be you' slogan creates a relaxed vibe. The elevator area, with its marble walls and panda elements, really amplified Chengdu's unique charm. Plus, there's a self-service beverage bar and a curated shop. You can enjoy unlimited coffee and tea, and the panda merchandise in the shop is incredibly cute and therapeutic to browse. Facilities are also top-notch. The bedding in the room is super soft, and the soundproofing is excellent – I slept incredibly well. Hot water is instant, and the air conditioning's temperature control is precise; every detail was meticulously thought out. What truly stood out was the staff's warm service. From patiently recommending local delicacies during check-in to helping with my luggage and seeing me off at the corner upon check-out, the hospitality of Chengdu people was fully evident. The entire experience was simply perfect! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. It offers both great value for money and an exceptional experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends visiting the city!

Definitely 5 stars! Worth 10 stars!! It's super clean, the location is excellent, close to all the city center hotspots. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, the service is very attentive, and there's 24-hour free coffee. The lobby is comfortable, perfect for meeting and chatting with friends. There are local restaurants right next door that are tasty and affordable! They even gave me a small gift when I checked out, so thoughtful!

The room felt fresh and stylish upon entering, exactly like the pictures online. All the room amenities were well-stocked, and the cleanliness was impeccable! The reception staff, both the handsome guys and beautiful ladies, had excellent service attitudes and were very efficient. One evening, I needed a disposable razor and was told a robot would deliver it. But it seemed they were busy, so Nico actually brought it up himself – thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time.

A friend recommended this hotel. It was a good first stay. The reception staff was very enthusiastic and the room aunt was very kind. The room was very clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment, especially a small refrigerator in summer. The laundry room and gym downstairs were very comfortable. The breakfast variety was also very rich. I will come again next time.

This stay experience is directly full! Xiaoxi at the front desk was super attentive. I patiently answered all my questions when I went through the procedures. I also helped me send my luggage to the door of the room. The room was warm and comfortable. The hygiene was particularly in place. The floor was polished and the glass in the bathroom was not water stained. I couldn't pick it up at all. The location is excellent, you can walk to the snack street in a few minutes, eat, drink and play one-stop solution, and the scenery outside the window. The river view at night is particularly beautiful. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and the green plants are just right. Whether it is the lobby rest or the room.
