The location is excellent, making it convenient to visit Renmin Park and Kuanzhai Alley. The hotel offers a fantastic luggage forwarding service to the airport via SF Express, which saves a lot of hassle of carrying bags around.

The location is super convenient, the environment is very clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. Because of this, I've really grown to like the Atour brand. Everything was great, and the bedding was especially comfortable.

The room was excellent. First, the bed and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable. Second, the service was fantastic; a robot delivered items very quickly. Plus, you can request deliveries via your phone, no need to call at all, which is super convenient. Third, the location is prime, with a subway station right outside – truly a bonus! ☆^ー^☆ Finally, they even gave me a small gift when I checked out (there were two, but I was too lazy to take the other one), and the service was just superb! All in all, highly recommended!

I stayed for 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was clean, hygienic, and very quiet. It's just across the road from Kuanzhai Alley and two subway stops from Chunxi Road, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city.

This was my first stay at an Atour S hotel, and from a value-for-money perspective, it completely outshines five-star hotels. Here are a few reasons why I recommend it: First, the location is superb. You step out directly into People's Park, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley. Across the street, there's a Panda Post Office where you can send postcards. Nearby, you'll find snack noodle shops like Xiaomingtang and the long-established Nuli Restaurant, as well as Lishanshan Tea and Shan Bakery – incredibly convenient. It's also not far from the city's core attractions, and there are many art galleries and other sights in the vicinity. Second, the breakfast is plentiful and can be taken away. This is better than any five-star hotel I've stayed at. I had to leave very early for Dujiangyan and wouldn't have time for breakfast, so I went to inquire if I could take it to go. To my surprise, take-away was already one of their standard services, which felt incredibly thoughtful. Also, in five-star hotels, room service usually requires you to go downstairs to pick up your order or wait a long time for concierge to deliver it. Here, adorable little robots whisked it right to my room – absolutely fantastic! Third, the check-in and check-out times. Compared to the three PM check-in and twelve PM check-out requirements of star-rated hotels, the two PM check-out here offered great convenience. Our pick-up car was scheduled for 12:30 PM, and I was going to ask for a half-hour extension, only to be told that check-out was already at two PM. Very thoughtful indeed.

The room and the entire facility were exceptionally good, just like a newly opened hotel. All the amenities and bedding were perfect, the hygiene was superb, and the facilities were incredibly new! Absolutely a five-star hotel. The location is excellent, convenient for getting everywhere, and very close to People's Park Station on Metro Line 2. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, and I couldn't find a single flaw. My flight was delayed by three hours, and I didn't land in Chengdu until past 1 AM, which completely messed up my subsequent plans. I had originally planned to stay for three nights but could only manage one. During those few hours, I felt the hotel was perfect in every aspect. Even though I could only stay for one night, both the hotel's front desk and room service were exceptionally professional. They were very thoughtful towards guests, helping to solve problems and meet reasonable requests just right – not too much, not too little, and even exceeding my expectations in their appropriateness. Everyone should experience this hotel; it's definitely worth the trip.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city's main shopping district. The subway entrance is just outside, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise – a wide variety of options, including Chinese congee and noodles, as well as Western pastries and desserts. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!
