The St. Regis Chengdu

This time, I stayed here for one night before heading home from my trip. I had a great experience staying at a St. Regis in Sanya for a week previously, so I wanted to try this one too. I was a bit apprehensive after seeing some negative reviews, but when I arrived, I found the hotel service to be very thoughtful! As soon as I got there, they proactively opened the car door and helped with my luggage. The front desk was very friendly and upgraded my room to a scenic view room, and it even had two windows! They also sent juice to the room. I didn't need turn-down service, so the cleaning staff even gave me four nougat candies! Even though I don't really like sweets, I was very happy about it! The bed was very comfortable. For breakfast, since I had an early flight, I went right when it opened and ate for about 20-30 minutes before leaving. It was a good experience! There were many dishes, and the environment was excellent. They even had Bobo Chicken! And local specialties, but my stomach is small, so I could only eat a little bit! Highly recommend staying here!

Although I only stayed at The St. Regis Chengdu for one day, the hotel's service and experience, much like the city of Chengdu itself, were a delightful surprise. From the warm welcome by the doormen in the lobby, to the kind young lady who checked me in at the front desk, and the delightful evening ritual surprise, it was all truly wonderful. Even the little incident of getting stuck in the bar late at night has become a fun story for the future. Such beautiful memories and incredibly professional service! The St. Regis Hotel continues its consistently warm and attentive service. The facilities are excellent, and the food is delicious and varied. It's my top hotel choice whenever I visit a new city. This trip to Chengdu also gave my child a very happy and memorable stay. Many thanks! 👍

The old-school luxury hotel absolutely nails the atmospheric vibe! 💫 I truly experienced the magic of St. Regis butler service; they were incredibly responsive and paid attention to many thoughtful little details that made me feel so warm. The room felt high-end, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an amazing view, the bedding was super comfortable to sleep on, and the amenities were great. The public areas were perfect for photos, and the breakfast was extensive. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was comfortable and full of ceremony – truly my top choice for a self-indulgent getaway.

I had a wonderful three-night stay at The St. Regis Chengdu and was very satisfied. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, perfect for rest and relaxation. Most importantly, our butlers, Sunny and Chloe, were incredibly attentive! Not only were their responses prompt, but during our stay, it was my mother's birthday. While she was at breakfast, the butlers discreetly decorated the room beautifully and tastefully, which was a wonderful surprise for my mom! Many thanks to Sunny and Chloe. I will definitely choose The St. Regis again when I return to Chengdu.

Check-in was smooth, and both the front desk staff and butler were very polite. We received a free room upgrade, and the room was quite spacious with a good view. The bedding was comfortable. After we left, the room was cleaned thoroughly, and turn-down service was provided. When I requested earplugs late at night, the butler delivered them very quickly.

The room was spacious and the service was excellent. They offered hot drinks daily, which was a very thoughtful touch. Housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy. The location was fantastic, making it very convenient to get to Taikoo Li, People's Park, and the Chengdu Museum.

The room is clean and bright, and the service is attentive. The St. Regis is always my go-to whenever I'm in Chengdu! Their breakfast is my absolute favorite, so delicious! The gym always plays badminton matches too, which is a huge bonus for a badminton lover like me!
