Yupu. Hermit Culture Hotel (Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Road Subway Station Branch)

The room is super clean and super cozy. Management is also flexible in dealing with my booking. The breakfast spread is wide and the staffs were diligent in serving. I am.so glad that I booked a good hotel with good price!!

This place is awesome! Very clean and a good location: The fresh air system (pictured) was especially a life saver because of the awful winter pollution. As a tip: when you actually get to the hotel, it’s called Jian Guo Hidden Hotel (not Xipu hidden culture hotel like it says on Trip.com app). This made finding the hotel a little difficult at first. My Didi dropped me off around the corner, so I had to walk a bit and use the map to figure out where exactly the hotel entrance was. After I found it, all was great.

Great location, nice interior wood base design.Staff is helpful to address guest's query. The hotel is well insulated from the noise and nearby crowd as the name suggest. It will help first time visitor. if clear sign and co-host name could be displayed. Complimentary chinese tea bag provided in room.

Very close to shopping walking street. Easy access to road for didi taxi or tour bus pick up. Pick a room with window. It helps when the central AC setting is not your ideal temp

Very convenient, clean, and warm hotel with reasonable price. But sometimes noisy at night

Room is pretty small with no window is not recommended because the period I visited cannot turn on the air conditioner so it’s very uncomfortable. If possible I suggest to request for the corner room so it is a little bigger. But the location is superb, very closed to IFS, easy to reach by foot and there is very convenient to call the didi in front of the hotel.

What annoyed me the most is the staff asking for my mobile phone and write review on my behalf. I stay here before I go to Jiuzhaiguo and when I'm returned from Jiuzhaigou. She put up the review without my consent and she did give me two hand cream without mention anything. (Anyway I returned the 2 hand cream and left it in the room) The first review, I not really sure what is nana mention in the review and I do not use the laundry facility. Overall is okay to stay for one or two nights. As from previous reviews you need to change evelator to get to another building. The first room we booked without window are bigger compare we booked for out return. If you do not mind without window ,(cheaper) and value space , without window is better choice. The photo attached here are with window overlooking chunxi road (bit noisy from the street) Without attached photo to the review also resulted I could not get full coins from trip.com 😡
