Hampton by Hilton Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

The room was clean and tidy. As I had an early flight the next morning, the hotel specially prepared a packed breakfast for me. The service was excellent, and having access to a laundry room was very convenient.

This hotel is super convenient, really close to the airport. The decor is grand and the facilities are excellent. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and odor-free. The front desk service was also great; they even upgraded our room. The breakfast had a nice Chengdu flavor too. Overall, very good and highly satisfied!

I usually find Hampton Inn to be quite good for a simple business trip, but today, I have to give this particular branch a bad review. I hope management doesn't just criticize the staff on duty, but also focuses on improving hotel management overall. I went to use the self-service business printing and reported to the front desk that there were a lot of flying ants. The front desk told me it was unavoidable because it's summer. The next day, I was planning to meet with a partner in the business center, and it was still the same. Hilton Hampton, if you can't control the service standards of your franchisees, please be more careful about who you partner with. Thanks.

The room was quite large and spacious, and the sofa bed was pretty comfortable. It even came with a desk. We arrived at Shuangliu Airport at 11 PM, and it was just a ten-minute taxi ride to the hotel, making it a perfect stopover. The only downside was that there wasn't really anywhere in the shower room to put dry clothes, so after showering, I had to step out to grab my clothes.

Flawless check-in experience! The lobby is upscale and comfortable, the gym is fully equipped, and breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The shuttle service was punctual, and every detail was meticulously handled. Highly recommended! This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Chengdu.

The hotel's pick-up service was so convenient and time-saving, especially with our late-night flight! It's super close to the airport, just a few minutes drive, so we could get to the hotel and rest quickly. We were very happy with all aspects of the room (when the ventilation system started unexpectedly, we called the front desk and an attendant came to fix it right away, which was a big plus!). The breakfast had fresh ingredients and a good variety too. Our first stop in Chengdu has definitely put us in a great mood!
