I was very pleased with the room; I particularly liked its layout and color scheme. It also featured a massive projector, allowing us to watch numerous movies without needing a membership. During check-in, the two friendly young men at the front desk provided a detailed explanation about breakfast, including its location and serving times. The service was truly exceptional. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of dishes. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and hygiene was excellent. It offered great value for money, with beautiful views. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb; it's right outside the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting attractions and shopping districts. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was exceptionally friendly and efficient, and even proactively offered recommendations for nearby dining. The room was immaculately clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. The toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance and felt very refreshing to use. The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made fried eggs and noodles were absolutely delicious, and the fruit was so fresh it tasted like it was just picked. Upon check-out, they even presented a small souvenir, demonstrating their meticulous attention to detail. I will absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Deserves a perfect score!

I received a complimentary room upgrade from my booked windowless room, which also included free breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding ensuring a great night's sleep, and excellent soundproofing for a peaceful stay. With modern, smart facilities, a convenient location offering superb dining and transport options, and impeccable attention to detail, this hotel offers outstanding value for money and an elegant, tranquil atmosphere. It truly made for an unforgettable trip.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the city center and very close to several attractions. Our room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with a bathroom thoughtfully designed with separate wet and dry areas. The soft bedding ensured a comfortable night's sleep for the entire family. The soundproofing was also effective; we weren't disturbed by any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring both kids and adults found something they loved. The restaurant staff were very efficient in clearing tables. Upon check-out, the front desk even presented us with a small complimentary gift. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Do NOT book this hotel! We have never been received this bad! 1) we arrived at the address and no hotel called 'blue coast' exists. It is a tower that contains three other hotels. 2) the receptionist did not look at us or engaged in a conversation nor did she use a translator even though she didn't speak any English and we don't speak Chinese. 3) we were given a room with no window even though our reservation explicitly included a window and got angry when we asked about it 4) she handled our passports very roughly and took pictures, without our consent, of every past visa in them despite our complaints and the visas being visibly years old and for other countries than China 5) our reservation explicitly included breakfast but it was never mentioned or explained where and when. According to a panel in the elevator (see picture attached), it was supposed to be at floor 5 except the elevator didn't go to floor 5. We tried getting down at 6 and taking the stairs and it was like the shining hotel, super creepy, no lights and dirty. 6) room cleanliness was lacking I think this sums it up.

Good, cheap place to stay for a couple of nights. Breakfast very basic. Good location. Helpful staff. In the same building as the Ibis if you’re struggling to find it (see our photo for the Chinese name).

I have to stay around there for 3 days The hotel location is convenient for us and staffs are so friendly But, one thing that we dislike about this place is Breakfast !! Here’s the pic for our breakfast

The room is very very basic. The bed is very hard and not comfortable for sleep, some part of the wall is kind of broken. No washing machine provided. No extra pillow allowed even upon request. Breakfast is too simple (basically all carbs only).

Nice location just 3 km away from ifc mall with climbing panda.

Quite a new hotel, still renovating some rooms when we visited. Easy access to food by walking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is pretty good with public transport relatively close by and several shops in walking distance. The room itself was clean and relatively new. We had the 3 bed apartment on the top floor, however, there was some construction going on on other floors which may affect you, but not on the top floor. Also, no construction work during the night. The beds were relatively hard with limited cushioning. The shower was great. While the room cleaning/service was limited, you just have to ask for a clean, fresh towels, etc. which was provided very quick. Overall, staff was nice and helpful. Would recommend the place depending on the room type you get.
