Power Stone Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley)

This is an excellent hotel with great attention to detail. The towels and slippers were individually wrapped and sterilized, and the smart butler service was a fantastic touch. The location is superb, right near Kuanzhai Alley, and best of all, it's very affordable, offering incredible value for money. They even provided complimentary snacks and various experience vouchers. Highly recommended!

The location is superb, within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley and People's Park. The subway entrance is just 300 meters from the hotel, and Xi'an South Road, a street filled with Sichuan restaurants and hotpot places, is within 100 meters. The environment and facilities are top-notch; it's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city with its own little haven, and parking is convenient. The staff are enthusiastic and responsive, the room facilities are smart, and the hygiene is impeccable. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and afternoon tea is complimentary. Highly recommended!

Their responses were incredibly prompt, and any questions or requests were answered quickly, patiently, and thoroughly, making the service truly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the environment was elegant, and the location was super convenient for getting around. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The butler's meticulous and warm service added a lot to our family trip. We highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit Chengdu!

The location is great. The hotel amenities, afternoon tea, and breakfast are all good! The family room is perfect for families with two children! The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic.

Not bad, the facilities are quite complete. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was offered fruit tea. The only thing is that the elevator gets a lot of sun, and the room doesn't have a view of the atrium. However, the hotel's afternoon tea was pretty good, and they even provided snacks. My room also got upgraded. The only downside was that at breakfast, there were a lot of people with strong body odors.

The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, perfect for a family trip with kids. They even offered a free afternoon tea with coffee, milk, and a variety of Chengdu specialties, which the children absolutely loved! The service was great, facilities were comprehensive, and there was even live classical music and Hanfu performances.
