JI Hotel (Chengdu Wuhou Cuqiao)

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. When we were out in the afternoon, the front desk even helped deliver our belongings to the room. It was a perfect experience! It's also very close to the airport, and the best part is the affordable price. Fantastic!

The service was thoughtful and everyone was very polite, especially the security guard at the door, who helped with the luggage and guided the car. The girl at the front desk gave me a lot of small gifts when I left the hotel. 🎁 A hotel worth recommending (there are also many small items for sale, which is great 😯)

Having stayed in so many hotels, the All Seasons Hotel remains my top choice. From the moment I step into the hotel lobby, I can sense its unique atmosphere. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, free of overly cluttered decorations. Everything is just right, instantly relaxing. The front desk staff is warm and attentive, and the check-in process is efficient and thoughtful. The room is a real highlight of the All Seasons Hotel. The space is well-planned, with excellent natural light, creating a particularly spacious feeling upon entering. The bedding is of exceptional quality, with the mattress having the perfect firmness, the quilt being soft and warm, and a wide selection of pillows. Every time I fall asleep, I feel like I'm wrapped in a cloud, and my sleep quality has skyrocketed. 🛏 The room's cleanliness is impeccable, with every corner spotlessly clean and tidy, without a speck of dust. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are custom-made by All Seasons, with a fresh and elegant scent that's comfortable and reassuring! From the hardware facilities to the software and services, All Seasons Hotel has achieved the ultimate in quality. Every stay feels like a comfortable homecoming. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Although the hotel is located far from the city center, it's close to the subway, making it convenient for getting around. There's a primary school nearby, and we stayed during the May Day holiday, so the area was very quiet. The hotel is newly renovated, and the air is fragrant everywhere. The facilities are also new and clean. The bathroom has a large overhead shower (Chengdu experts know this), and the toilet is a smart toilet. The service was excellent and thorough. We received a free room upgrade upon arrival, breakfast, and a perfume sample before leaving. I was extremely satisfied with my several-night stay and will definitely stay here again. The big black cat, Zhaocai, was also very affectionate. He never got angry no matter how much I petted him, and he was so chubby and adorable when he was fed. ☺️

Cleaning: The waitress mopped the entire room with the same mop she used for the bathroom, demonstrating serious issues with standard cleaning procedures. Breakfast: Extremely poor cleanliness. Service: The front desk manager had a very poor attitude. I complained about cleanliness issues. My feedback was that using air freshener to remove odors didn't address the underlying issue. Their attitude was also extremely poor! Feedback: After my complaint, there was no improvement. The cleaning standards remained the same, using the same mop she used for the bathroom to clean the entire room. Recommendation: Avoid this restaurant.

I arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. When checking in, the front desk offered me a membership discount, but I declined. When I went to renew my stay the next morning, the front desk kept trying to sell me how cost-effective it would be to join as a member. I made it clear that I would not consider it, so I continued to sell it. Is this what your boss asked me to do? After staying for several days in a row, I didn't even talk about basic etiquette when I passed the front desk. I just pretended that I didn't see the guest.

Stayed for two nights in a row. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel is very hygienic. The rooms are clean and quiet. You can hang clothes. There is a parking space in front of the hotel. You can also park for free on the basement floor. There are plenty of parking spaces. There are charging piles on the first underground floor, but they don't seem to be activated. We charged on the second underground floor of the building opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. Taking a taxi to Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli costs more than 20 yuan, which saves you the trouble of parking. Breakfast was also good.

I wasn't particularly satisfied at first. The room service was a little worse than in other cities. I have stayed at three different All Seasons hotels in Chengdu. Compared to this one, the environment of this one is okay, the space is very large, and the view outside the window is good. Although the robot is very busy, most of the takeaways are delivered by the robot himself. There’s also the hair dryer, it’s the first time I’ve seen it so dirty... But compared to the other two, this one is still okay. If the standard is lower, it’s a perfect score💯
