I stayed at the YAST Hotel Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street branch for a business trip. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room facilities are well-maintained, the WiFi is stable, and the toiletries are comprehensive. The staff are polite and unobtrusive, and it's very convenient for getting around for business. It's truly ideal for business travelers.

Last time I stayed at this hotel for a late business trip, I was really touched by the staff's kindness and care, so I left a great review. This time, the day before the May Day holiday, I drove my family to Chengdu and booked rooms again at the Yaste Hotel Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street branch. I found that all 70 rooms were fully booked that day. Curious, I sat at the front desk for a while and noticed some new changes in the hotel's management. There's now parking available for guests at the Jiulong Parking Lot, just 15 meters from the hotel. The lovely young lady at the front desk was even handing out souvenirs to every guest during the May Day holiday. They've placed money trees in the lobby and on every floor, and each room now has perfume and greenery. They've also added two more dryers to the laundry room. It's a completely different and refreshing experience from my last stay – so welcoming! I asked the front desk staff, and they told me that this hotel has been under new management since April 1st, 2026. Both the service attitude and cleanliness have significantly improved. Staying at this hotel in Chengdu was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and right across from the IFS爬墙熊猫 (climbing panda). It's super convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, with all the amenities you could need. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting for the food and shopping!

Found a hidden gem in Chengdu! My stay here was absolutely fantastic, truly top-notch. The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Tianfu Square, just a short walk from the metro station. With easy transfers between Lines 1 and 2, getting anywhere in the city was a breeze. Whether it was exploring Chunxi Road, visiting Taikoo Li, or strolling through Kuanzhai Alley, there was no need for long commutes, making my sightseeing and dining itinerary incredibly smooth. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with all the facilities in perfect working order. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was outstanding, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep free from any noise disturbances. The staff were attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely friendly without being intrusive, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, from location and ambiance to service, everything was impeccable. Amazing value for money!
