UMI Youmi Design Hotel (Chunxi Road Chengdu)

Cleanliness and comfortable room. Elevator is very old and dirty. Out of office hour will be difficult to check in.

Pros: • location • beautiful view • friendly staff • clean bed linen • cat 🐈 Cons: • the room looks really old in real life • disposable towels instead of regular ones • very noisy (you can hear neighbors and the elevator, even if you’re far from it) • very long wait for the elevator • no European sockets or adapters

The hotel is quite hard to find beaches the entrance is at behind and the hotel located at Level 21 as there is only have two slow lift. It takes at least 1 min to reach L21 from L1. Furthermore, the hotel is 20 minutes walking distance from chun xi road, still acceptable because it is cold weather and has a lot of interesting shop while otw to chun xi road and IFS. The environment around the road side hotel building is quite smelly because at the opposite there had a seafood market.

This room is perfect for budget travelers. Close to Chunxi road. Clean room, helpful staff, but there are certain issues that cannot be overlooked - the entrance of hotel is behind the building, even though the room is on the 21st floor you can still hear noise from the street. Earplugs were provided.
