Jingxi Hotel (Chengdu Liangjiaxiang Subway Station)

Newly renovated, great location with easy access to dining, accommodation, and transportation. The front desk service was excellent.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I first stayed here when it just opened, and the experience is still as great as ever. The front desk staff are very professional and have an excellent attitude. Highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The room was clean and tidy, and even more spacious than it looked in the photos! The view from the window was amazing! Sitting on the sofa at night enjoying the night view was pure bliss. They even provided candies and snacks! The location is a huge plus, very convenient for getting around. The front desk service was attentive, and the smart facilities were easy to use. Highly recommended! There are also many local snack streets near the hotel! Plus, there's a convenience store downstairs! Highly, highly recommend! It's definitely the top choice for accommodation when traveling!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer questions, and even kindly recommended local restaurants. The location is also excellent, making it convenient for shopping and dining. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The room was incredibly noisy! Who was so clever as to design the air conditioner above the bed? The return air vent was incredibly noisy, even at the lowest setting, it was still loud. The impeller probably hadn't been cleaned in ages, probably attracting moths, making a clicking sound. I was woken up around 3 AM! After that, I could only doze off in a daze. I could tolerate the dilapidated floor and the fact that there was only one chair, but since the noise was affecting my rest, I had to get a clear explanation for checking out. I made reasonable requests, but they were refused. I finally got a solution after contacting Ctrip customer service (the platform's customer service is always very helpful). In summary: Room 1917 has poor design, with the air conditioner above the bed causing excessive noise; the business rarely maintains the facilities (air conditioner, flooring, etc.), resulting in a poor stay experience; the business lacks the ability to handle customer complaints. If you encounter any problems, I suggest contacting the platform's customer service directly to save time and effort.

The hygiene conditions were extremely poor, and the problems I reported were not resolved. The sheets and duvet covers were also problematic; I felt very itchy all night. The blankets weren't even smooth when I checked in. How can they even sell rooms like this? The shower gel and other toiletries were dirty, and they weren't changed the next day. The air conditioner still wouldn't turn on the second night. I really don't want to complain anymore.

Overall, I liked everything, with the exception of a few minor issues. Pros: The mattress is comfortable and worked well for my bad back. Everything you need is in the room: slippers, shampoo and conditioner, a hairdryer. The room is very spacious, there's water, and even a small complimentary gift of candy, cookies, and tea. The room didn't smell of cigarettes, but there was a slight odor from the hallway at times. It's a bit disappointing, but that's a problem almost everywhere in China... Cons: No refrigerator, not enough towel hooks. Housekeeping was good, but there are some areas that could use a thorough cleaning. Observations: Add a painting or something decorative to the wall to make it more cozy. For about 200 yuan, this is a perfect option. P.S. I don't know whose mistake it was, the hotel's or TripAdvisor's. My check-out time was set for 2:00 PM, but at 12:30 PM a girl knocked on my door and said my check-out time was 12:00 PM. When I showed her my TripAdvisor reservation, she apologized and left, so everything was fine, but it confused both her and me. 🫣
