All the hotel staff are polite and helpful and it makes us feel like returning home. I would like to thanks Mr Guo who helped me to order oxygen bottle from *******. It saves me a lot of time. I also want to thanks the ladies who helped me to carry our luggage. They are really strong and helpful. The hotel located at ChunXi Road and very near to metro station, taikooli and other main attractions. Hotel design is sophisticated and classic. Love the hotel a lot and Will definitely book it again whenever I come to Chengdu

Loved everything about this place. The location is great, in the middle of the main shopping streets which is very comfortable. The interior is very stylish and lovely. The food (breakfast) was fine as well. The service is very helpful and nice.

There are no negative points throughout my entire stay, and I enjoyed a relaxed and pleasant trip. Had my best staycation here during my birthday trip! Pleasant ambience, where staffs are very welcoming and warm, too! We had a trip to Chuan Xi, and the staffs prepped us some breads as we needed to depart at 630am. What a life saver! Each of them are very responsive and responsible. Even breakfast and high tea were all quality selections and served to the door. Definitely will recommend this! 🩵
