The worst part about this room is that the bed frame sticks out further than the mattress, so everyone bumps into it when they walk by. Definitely avoid the second room if you're traveling with seniors or children, you'll constantly hit yourselves. There were unknown stains on the curtains, and I kept hearing faint noises from outside the window and door at night, couldn't figure out where they were coming from, but they woke me up. Someone inexplicably tried to open my door to enter, so customer service changed the code. The only upside is its proximity to Chunxi Road.

The place is super clean and spacious. It's well-equipped, even with a Siemens washer-dryer and laundry detergent provided, showing thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, with all sorts of delicious food options and restaurants downstairs. Transportation is also super easy. It really added a lot to our trip to Chengdu, and we are very, very satisfied.

This was my first time in Chengdu, and after comparing many hotels on Trip.com, I finally settled on this one. My family and I were all very satisfied; it was a comfortable stay, and the location was great. It offered excellent value for money, much cheaper than other hotels in the same area. The butler service was also fantastic. If I come back and need a suite, I'll definitely book here again and recommend it to friends and colleagues!

The two-bedroom apartment was clean! The management was very thoughtful, even leaving a welcome gift, and the instructions were very clear. It had a microwave and a washing machine, and the microwave definitely came in handy. The panda-shaped chocolates were delicious!

The hotel room was spotless, the location was excellent, and the service was outstanding. We checked in very late at night, and the housekeeper was incredibly attentive from check-in to settling in, even giving us a small gift. We truly felt the warmth of Chengdu, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to the city.
