First off, a big shout-out to the young lady with glasses for her excellent service. The room was incredibly clean, and having the Xiao Du smart assistant for voice control was super convenient. My only complaint is the soundproofing; rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. Overall, I'm satisfied because it was genuinely clean and cozy.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. The rooms are new and the staff are very welcoming and enthusiastic. The 1.35m twin room is perfect for families with children.

The hotel is newly renovated, so the facilities are quite new and there's no musty smell, which is a plus. However, being new comes with its own set of issues. Some of the facilities haven't stood the test of time yet; in a few rooms, the drainage was slow, and the automatic toilet wasn't very responsive, requiring manual assistance. On the bright side, the complimentary breakfast was pretty good, and it's conveniently located close to the subway station, making it easy to get around.

I forgot to take pictures, so there are no real-life photos to show, but this hotel definitely deserves a great review! Its location is fantastic, very close to Kuanzhai Alley, Wuhou Temple, and Du Fu Thatched Cottage. Plus, it's newly opened, so we got a great discount, including complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade. The hallways have a pleasant fragrance, and they have delivery robots, smart toilets, and everything is super clean. The breakfast selection is also very rich. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended. Some rooms even come with smart speakers and a mini-fridge. After dinner, you can relax on the terrace next to the restaurant – the view is amazing! This was our first family trip to Chengdu during Chinese New Year, and choosing this hotel was a perfect decision, 10 out of 10! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. We'll definitely be back next time! 😍

Hot water supply was stable, and the attention to detail was impressive. 💁 Service Experience The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Check-in was fast, and they proactively introduced the hotel's facilities and gave tips for exploring the surrounding area.
