Elaine Serviced Apartment Chengdu

This is my second stay here. I had to leave for a few days in the middle and needed to adjust my booking. I communicated with the front desk to push back my original room reservation. The concierge lady was super enthusiastic and helped me adjust the dates and room. I'm really grateful; just for this level of service, it definitely deserves a five-star review!

The room was pretty good and the service was quite warm. The hotel isn't far from Taikoo Li, and there are many restaurants downstairs, which is really convenient. The breakfast was also very good. I hope to have the chance to visit again next time! 🌹🌹🌹🌹

Facilities: The kitchen is well-equipped, so you can even cook your own meals if you don't want to go out. The dining table and utensils are also very elegant. Cleanliness: Relatively clean, and the bathtub has been disinfected. Location: Situated in the heart of Chengdu, with a pedestrian street nearby. It's on a high floor, but the elevator is fast. Service: Very enthusiastic and friendly.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's so convenient to get anywhere, yet it feels like a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city. You get the benefit of great transport links without the noise and crowds. When checking in, the front desk even personally guided us to our room and explained all the facilities. The room itself is incredibly spacious, equipped with everything you could need – a washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, you name it. You can even heat up takeout food, and they’ve thoughtfully provided plates, bowls, and cutlery. The walk-in closet is huge, perfect for those who travel with a lot of luggage. The amenities are also top-notch, with a gym, restaurant, and swimming pool. A major plus is having a dedicated elevator, meaning you don't have to jostle with other guests. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Throughout my stay, whether I contacted the front desk for an extra amenity or asked for local travel advice, I received almost instant replies, and the staff were always very patient. What surprised me most was a small, last-minute request I made one evening – I honestly didn't expect much, but it was resolved in less than ten minutes. This level of efficiency and guest focus is truly rare for hotels in the same price range. Definitely a strong recommendation!
