Flavia Hotel（Chengdu South Station Sunway MRT Station Branch)

I stayed here for a night when I passed through Kunming South Station. The hotel was great in all aspects, and the price was reasonable at the time. I didn't get to try the breakfast because I was rushing for my train, but I heard it was good. I wanted to stay there again later, but the prices had gone up!

The service at booth #7 was excellent, and the breakfast was also good.

The environment is clean and hygienic, the room is soundproofed, the service attitude is as good as ever, if you have any questions, you can call the front desk directly, they will solve your problem quickly, but the efficiency is high and very satisfied, the bed is very comfortable, the facilities are great, the environment is elegant, the transportation is convenient, there is also a cafe downstairs, the cost performance is relatively high, the location is good, the price is affordable, it is recommended to stay, especially the girl No. 1 at the front desk is very enthusiastic

The service attitude of the front desk staff at No. 6 was very good. As soon as I entered the door, they were very enthusiastic and professional. They answered my questions patiently. The room facilities and equipment were very good, the air conditioning was very good, the restaurant had a lot of breakfast varieties, the waiter was very quick to receive me, I was very satisfied with this stay, the environment was also very good, it was good, it was worth recommending, everyone can start to stay in this hotel

The front desk service was so-so, some rooms had saunas, and nobody listened to my complaints 😂

Aside from the decent service, other issues included: 1️⃣ a strong odor throughout the accommodation area, with a particularly strong musty smell in the room that lingered even after opening the windows and running the air conditioner for a long time. 2️⃣ poor soundproofing; the door was practically useless. I contacted the front desk and had staff remind the other guests to be quieter, but the root cause was the poor soundproofing, making it noisy.
