坐落於西南石油大學的西南角，原先是學校的賓館現在被圈在校園以外了。設施較為老舊，服務員的思維和服務理念更為守舊，不會跟顧客溝通，夜班大姐基本的電腦輸入都不熟練，而且態度蠻橫。地理位置是唯一的優勢，那是很多西油學子夢想開始的地方，希望好自為之。

地理位置難找，打車衹能到一個小區大門口，出租車不可以進去，有大行李的還得抹黑走個幾百米。進門因為我們有外賓，接待員就臉色難看且唸唸有詞，然後還抱怨我們衹住一晚。本來我們也是衝著它們可以接待外賓和它就在石油大學旁邊的地理位置才選擇他們家的，可是態度真的很差。 然後設施是名副其實的賓館，還是是九十年代的老賓館風格，屋內有濃濃殘留煙味和一點潮濕的黴味，屋內的桌椅也很陳舊，258的價格，加一百去旁邊的現代酒店應該比較好一些。介意舒適度的慎選哦。 早餐開放到九點，因為我們睡懶覺，沒有機會體驗。
