The service was warm and attentive, thoughtful from the lobby to the guest room. The environment is elegant with expansive views, and the location is convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. The facilities are new and clean. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

This Hilton might be the worst in the entire Southwest region. The front desk staff and other hotel employees were unenthusiastic and cold. I tried to check in 10 minutes after booking, but the front desk said they couldn't find my reservation. I told them it was confirmed on Trip.com and asked them to refresh their system. They then condescendingly said that Trip.com and Hilton are only partners, not affiliates, so it's normal not to see the order immediately, and told me to wait. Their tone was incredibly irritating, as if Trip.com guests were somehow inferior and Hilton didn't care for their business. It was the first time I felt looked down upon as a Trip.com customer. Once I got into the room, the layout was passable, but the materials felt cheap. The whole room looked inexpensive. Then, at 8 o'clock, after opening the door, I found the lock was broken and wouldn't close. It took a long time for the engineering staff to arrive, and they spent over 10 minutes fixing it, which meant my husband couldn't get any sleep. I was truly exasperated. Later, I heard this Hilton was on the verge of collapse, and they might not even be able to pay their staff. I guess if they can't afford salaries, a bad attitude is somewhat understandable.

First off, the service was excellent, from the housekeeping staff to the doorman who helped with the car, everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of options. However, the soundproofing in the room was poor; I could clearly hear the TV from the room next door, and even footsteps from upstairs. What's more, while sitting in the room, I found flying insects, and since the windows don't open, I'm not sure where they came from. Lastly, when I checked in, the front desk mentioned they gave me a river-view room, but when I opened the curtains, all I saw was a desolate area.

Extremely satisfying trip! Nick at the front desk was great during check-in, and Torrie was very professional during check-out.

The hotel is quite close to the Panda Base, and the public areas also incorporate adorable panda elements. The room facilities and cleanliness are excellent. The bed is on the softer side, making for a very comfortable sleep. The shower has good water pressure. Breakfast offers a good variety, including local Sichuan specialties.

Gillian at the front desk provided excellent service and checked me in quickly. Laura, the housekeeper, followed up promptly and thoughtfully. The hotel is easy to find and the room is spacious.

The service is excellent, the environment is great, and the staff are very attentive. If you arrive late, they even upgrade your room for free if there's availability. You really can't go wrong booking this hotel!

The soundproofing in the room was a bit lacking, but overall it was good. Xiao Gao provided excellent service, always asking about our needs in advance.
