Projoy Hotel Tianfu Reviews

This is my first review, and I'm giving it to this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and enthusiastic. My room was upgraded for free and it was huge! The vending machine was out of order, and the staff downstairs personally ran errands for me several times, I felt a bit embarrassed but their attitude was excellent! Clean, quiet, and great service – I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Facilities: New Hygiene: Clean Environment: Pretty good Service: Very good I ordered room service and the food was decent. I like eating in my room. There were quite a few people swimming. This place is suitable for business trips or leisure travel with friends and family.

Location is not in the CBD area of Chengdu, but it’s quite close to MTR station and very close to Shopping Center with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However it’s not an international brand hotel so please do not expect the service standards are up to the international five stars standard.

The hotel is fabulous. It's modern, it's clean, and the staff is exceptional (especially Ms. Ma, who speaks great English and went out of her way to help with anything I needed). The pool is really nice and the gym is adequate for a hotel workout. The breakfast buffet is decent as well. It's right outside the metro stop so it's easy to get around, but I didn't feel like the area it's in is particularly interesting in terms of things to walk to. There is an old mall across the street, but it's nothing special. If you need to be in this part of Tianfu Road, then I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect Clean and beautiful

Close to MRT, the room is spacious and clean. I will choose Projoy next time.

Room is very comfortable and housekeeper is very meticulous to have found my lost earring in the room and contacted me even after I have checked out. It was a happy stay :)

After comparing several family hotels, I finally chose this one. I am satisfied and will come back next time! The location is very advantageous. Just turn left from the subway exit and go to the side of the building. It is quiet in the bustling city. There are shopping malls and food nearby, which is very convenient. The room is warm, cute and spacious, and the 10-month-old baby can crawl on the floor. The service is perfect, especially thanks to the aunt who cleaned the room. We accidentally spilled mineral water on the bed. After calling the front desk, the aunt came to quickly help us change the sheets and quilts in 2-3 minutes. The attitude is very good and the service is warm. I like it.
