The bloodstains under the mattress were found to be beverage stains, and the room had an unpleasant odor, all due to oversight during our room cleaning inspection and inadequate supervision of the housekeeping and room checks. We take your feedback regarding dampness, mold, odor, bedding comfort, and breakfast variety very seriously and have immediately conducted an internal investigation and rectification. Regarding the core issues you mentioned, we have taken the following corrective measures: 1. Regarding dampness in the room, mold in the cabinets, and odor: Insufficient lighting in some rooms can indeed lead to dampness. This room has been temporarily taken offline for deep mold removal and ventilation until the problem is completely resolved. 2. Regarding bedding causing itching: Our linens are changed after each guest and are professionally cleaned. We have immediately arranged for someone to check the mattress and pillows for dampness. We will also strengthen our supervision of the laundry supplier to ensure that the linens are clean, dry, and residue-free. It is currently the changing season; if you have any problems during your stay, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve them for you as quickly as possible. 3. Regarding the limited breakfast variety and poor value for money: Thank you for your feedback. We adjust the breakfast menu weekly based on seasonal ingredients. We sincerely apologize again. Our service did not meet your expectations. If you would like to give us a chance to improve, please contact us directly, and I will personally arrange a south-facing room for you, equipped with a dehumidifier and pre-deep cleaned.
