The decoration and facilities are obviously worth 200 yuan, but if you put a Dyson in them, they can be sold for 500 or 600 yuan. Rooms with more than 400 yuan have no windows, and rooms with more than 600 yuan only have an extra bathtub and even no breakfast.
There is almost no sound insulation. There is some strange sound of running water in the pipes. There is so much noise upstairs that it is almost impossible to have a good rest.
