We had a great stay at crown plaza in Chengdu. Breakfast selection is great . Gym has everything for a good workout.
Front desk staff atina is a very nice and friendly hard worker, she helped us with everything even a slight late checkout.

A hotel at a good location not far from chunxi road. A 5 star hotel at a reasonable price but the furnishing is quite outdated compared to the newer hotels out there.

It's a pleasant stay for us. Although the hotel is old, but the location is good and nearby all the shopping street and restaurants. Kudos to the excellent service provided by the hotel.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center and appreciated its central location—it made exploring the city very easy. The indoor pool was also a nice perk, although be aware that wearing a swim cap is mandatory. If you don’t have one, they’ll charge you 40 yuan, which felt a bit unnecessary.
Our room was quite spacious, but definitely showed its age. The decor and overall style felt stuck in the late 90s or early 2000s, which took away a bit from the overall experience.
All in all, a decent stay with good amenities, but the hotel could really benefit from a renovation to match the Crowne Plaza name.

Zoe Chen had impeccable ways of helping us check in. She even booked a popular restaurant for us when she knew that we hadn’t had lunch then. Thank you for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff even let us check out much later when they knew that we had a later flight. Appreciate it lots!
